Admission Form can be collected from Theatre School/ Mohila Samity Building (5th Floor), 4 Natok Sarani, New Baily Road, Dhaka 1000 for BDT 100 or can be downloaded from this website (form must be submitted with BDT 100).

Course Fee BDT 6000 is to be paid at a time during the admission.
